We’ve become aware that members are getting fake phone calls from fraudsters that are spoofing our phone number.  They may try to trick you into giving them your card number, expiration date, and CVV information by telling you there is fraudulent activity on your card.  They may also attempt to gain access to your online banking by getting your login credentials. They are very convincing.   

Please know that we will NEVER ask for your card numbers or online banking login credentials. Please be extra diligent with phone calls that you are not expecting that request any personal information. When in doubt, hang up.
