The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) will be the dividend rate being paid on the Certificate offered as security (INDEX) rounded to the nearest whole percent plus the percentage shown in the “% Above Index” column above. The Certificate must be renewed until the advance is completely paid. Failure to renew will result in default under the Plan. When the Certificate is renewed the APR will change to reflect the new dividend rate. Any increase in the APR will result in more payments of the same amount until what you owe had been repaid. The present annual percentage rate will be disclosed on the voucher at the time of the advance. Floor 6.50%.

LATE FEES: If you are more than 15 days late, the credit union may charge you 20% of the interest due, minimum $10.00, maximum $35.00. This is in addition to the credit union’s rights upon default. If your payment is 30 days late, your interest rate may increase 1% over your base rate. If your payments are 60 days late, your interest rate may increase to 18%.
